Pawan Jaggi, President and CEO

Pawan brings more than 20 years of executive management and strategic development of high-technology companies. Since the day of its inception, Pawan has been driving the strategy and operations of Ambrado™ from pre-revenue development to becoming a rapidly growing digital media technology company. Most recently Pawan was Founder & CEO of Celion Networks, a company focused on building high bandwidth data center connectivity products for large enterprises. Pawan has also held Senior VP of Global Transport and VP of Engineering positions at Level3 Communications, one of world's most connected Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Prior in his career, Pawan pioneered early work in optical fiber and optically amplified DWDM systems at Fujitsu and Pirelli.

Jay Ramani, Vice-President, Operations

Jay Ramani is a results-oriented management professional with over 18 years of experience in managing high technology manufacturing plant operations and strategic planning. In his career, Jay has brought multinational companies to the forefront of their industry with his Six-Sigma, Value Engineering and Toyota based Lean Manufacturing expertise. His strong leadership, communication and Total Quality Management (TQM) skills, has successfully delivered results in today’s fast-paced growing environments. With a solid background in project management, he has orchestrated successful launch of several new products with profitable margins. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his contribution, forward thinking, and crisp execution to meet company objectives.

Mark Fears, Senior Director, Product Management & Marketing

Mark Fears has over 20 years of product marketing experience in video acquisition and distribution for the broadcast, cable, and enterprise video markets. Prior to Ambrado, he directed and managed the product marketing strategy for RipCode, a manufacturer of video transcoding solutions for IP video distribution. Mark has successfully developed and implemented product and marketing plans for several digital video solution manufacturers including ViewCast Corporation, Vela Research, and Optibase. His industry-recognized accomplishments in product design at ViewCast include "Editor’s Picks" and "Reader’s Choice Award" from industry trade press.

Keith Lewis, Vice-President, Sales

Keith Lewis has over 25 years of experience building and leading sales teams in various high technology industries including multimedia, entertainment, and broadcast.   His career has a blend of large organizations as well as start-ups and turn-abounds.  Keith spent 15 years with Texas Instruments where he held sales leadership positions covering North America, Europe, and Asia.  Prior to joining Ambrado, Keith was responsible for North America sales at ViewCast, a leader in video streaming solutions where he built their national sales organization including direct sales, distribution, and re-seller channels.

Tomiaki Sugimoto, Managing Director
Ambrado Co., Ltd. (Japan subsidiary)

Tomiaki Sugimoto is an industry veteran with over 35 years international experience in sales, operations and technology of multimedia and entertainment products. Prior to Ambrado, Mr. Sugimoto held senior management positions at Toshiba where he led the cable modem business and grew the company to the #1 position in the market. He was the senior manager sales at Toshiba for new media products, satellite products and cable products. He was also manager of CATV STB design and System Engineering where he develop over 60 business accounts in Japan CATV market. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sugimoto was deeply engaged in the technical side as engineering manager and project leader for Cable STB OEM business with a U.S. based customer and he also held the position of TV circuit design engineer for PAL/SECAM TV receiver.

Bhartendu Sinha, Managing Director
Ambrado Solutions Private Limited (India subsidiary)

Since 1993 Bhartendu Sinha has held senior engineering and business management roles at blue chip and start up firms – incubating several new technology products. Prior to Ambrado, he was the founder and Worldwide Business Manager for TI’s Bluetooth Applications business and the Head, Partner Business Management for TI in India. At Hughes he led the wireless protocols stacks business, displacing the then global market leader which had to divest its competing business. At Motorola he proposed and set up the first automated conformance test system, the first IP-BTS system and an India-based cellular phone software development center for iDEN/NexTel. Bhartendu holds a B. Tech [Electrical Eng.] and M. Tech [Computer Science & Eng.] from IIT Kanpur, a Masters [Telecom & Software Eng.] from IIT Chicago, a PGDM [MBA] from IIM Ahmedabad, a Six Sigma Black Belt, and a patent in wireless security technologies.
